Biography of Sergey Kirichenko
In 1996 was awarded the honorary title "Honored Lawyer of Ukraine" for his significant personal contribution to the development and adoption of the Constitution, active legislative work.

Was born May 19, 1961 in Kherson.
In 1979 graduated with honors Kherson average training № 2 for specialty steelman-electric welder 4 th level.
From 1979 to 1981 held a valid Military service in the Soviet Army.
From December 1981 to September 1985 worked in the internal affairs in subdivision of the public buildings protection . In 1985-1989 worked as concrete articles moulder.
In 1989 graduated from Odessa State University im.I.I.Mechnikova specializing lawyer.
From 1989 to May 1994 - legal adviser of Khersonhouse plant.
From April 1990 to May 1994 – the Member of Kherson city council deputies, the President of the Commission on human rights, transparency and referendums, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on the rehabilitation of politic repression in Ukraine victims.
From May 1994 to May 1998 - People's Deputy of Ukraine of the second convocation of the Parliament of Ukraine, member of the Committee on combating organized crime and corruption.
Since July 2000 member of Ukrainian public association "Social control".
From May 1998 to May 2002 - People's Deputy of Ukraine third convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Chairman Subcommittee on Human Rights of the Supreme Council for human rights, national minorities and interethnic relations.
Colonel of Ukrainian Cossacks, a member of the “Memorial”, Head of Kherson regional organization of the Ukrainian Defense of Human Rights, Head of Kherson city center Ukrainian public organization "Public Control."
In 2001 in Kiev National University of Taras Shevchenko on public thesis on "The relationship of social legal state and civil society in modern Ukraine was awarded the scientific degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences in speciality "Theory and History of State and Law, History of Political and law doctrine".
In November 1996 for own significant personal contribution to the development and adoption of the Constitution, active legislative work was awarded the honorary title "Honored Lawyer of Ukraine".
Since September 2002, teaches Civil Law Assistant Professor in Kherson State University at the Department of Economic and legal disciplines of sociolegal department.
In 2006 was elected the deputy of the Kherson city council.
Committee Chair City Council: mandate, on the parliamentary activities, ethics, legality, nomocracy and human rights.
Composition of the Family: wife - Natalia, daughter - Anne, daughter - Pauline.

S.Kyrychenko considers questions of morality policy to be the main problem in relations between citizens and authorities.
If there is a respect for the person and the person is in the focus of society and state, then all other problems are solved both easier and faster.
